Zaczynamy? (wersja angielska)

Here I am, starting my first blog with a mission. I believe in the need of growing people as the ultimate goal of every leader, every company, every organization. We reach real seniority and awareness as human beings and as business professionals when we understand it is no longer about us, but it is all about others. This fundamental discovery allows us to redirect our focus and helps us find the meaning of a management role.

I will use this blog as an opportunity to share the knowledge gained from the academic gurus, the amazing business leaders I encountered on my professional path as well as from my humble experience in leading people. My own observations, thoughts and beliefs will always concentrate on the importance of an individual in the business environment. Obvious as it may seem, a company’s success is driven by its loyal and dedicated employees. That is why, it is so significant not to lose any talent by being too focused on processes and parameters and disregarding the true value of the human aspect.
